GIANTS' TABLE RESTAURANT

The Giants' Table is so named because of our proximity to the Styx Valley of the Giants and the Giant Trees that can be found there.

 

The restaurant is currently closed for the winter, however we are happy to take bookings for large groups or parties and will arrange for our chef to come in specially for these occasions during May, June, July, August, September and October.

(Please note however, each cottage is well-equipped for self-catering for the winter ).

We anticipate re- opening the restaurant at the beginning of December, but kindly note we open between 6pm and 8pm, Tuesday to Saturday and we are closed on Christmas Day.

We are a fully licensed restaurant, with wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks available with your meal and we can also sell alcohol to our in-house guests to take back to their cottages. We have a policy of no BYO, why, because why bother to have a licence?!

Parties

We are quickly gaining a reputation as THE PLACE for special parties.

There is the advantage of booking the whole complex for your friends and family to stay, (we can take around 40 people at present) as well as the most wonderful food and service in our on-site restaurant. We specialise in milestone parties such as 40, 50, 60 and 70 as well as Anniversaries, wedding receptions and other special occasions.

Groups

We can offer special rates to groups for packages that include accommodation, dinner and packed lunches. Please ask for details. (Also take a look at our bookings page).
