Deposits

We ask for a 10% deposit at the time of booking by Visa or Mastercard .

A booking is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.

(If you do not have a credit card, then we will accept a cheque for the deposit, but this must be received within 10 days of the initial booking).

All cheques to be made payable to "Giants’ Table and Cottages".

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

A booking cancelled with less than 7 days notice incurs 50% of total cost and less than 24 hours notice means 100% of the total is payable.

 

The Giants’ Table and Cottages accepts cash, cheques and Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS and Bankcard. We DO NOT accept Diners Club or American Express.

GROUP BOOKINGS

We recommend that the person making the booking

1. Collect a deposit from all Group Members so that they do not find themselves responsible for paying if any of the Group subsequently drops out.

2. Collects the full amount for accommodation from each member and pay us in one amount. (This saves upset for everyone about who has paid what etc.)

3.Organises a list of who is staying in which cottage and sends us a copy. (This is particularly helpful if the Group are not arriving together.)
