The small alpine Village of Maydena is only a 1¼ hour scenic drive from Hobart. Nestled in the heart of the Derwent Valley, it’s surrounded by national parks and on the edge of World Heritage Listed Wilderness areas.

With so much to do, including mountain bike riding, rainforest walks and trout fishing, there’s something for everyone!
